We offer three housekeeping cottages. Two have two bedrooms and sleep six, the third is a one-bedroom cottage that sleeps four. Each has a television with cable, a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and all utensils and china.
Each includes a bath and shower with an on-demand water heater that stays hot as long as you need it.
We supply linens and towels. All you need bring is your food and personal items.
We have rowboats and paddle boats available for your free use and you may tie your own boat up at our dock. (The public access ramp is about 200 yards away.)
Each cabin has a charcoal grill. There are several picnic tables available, including four in the pavilion. The pavilion has a large fireplace for warmth, ambiance, and S'Mores.
We have a two-night minimum stay, do not permit pets or smoking in the cottages, and would like to provide our neighbors with reasonable quiet after 10:00 pm.
In addition to the fishing, swimming, boating, and just laying around on, in, and next to the lake, there are a myriad of recreational opportunities close by. The casino in Manistee, golfing on a number of fine courses, fishing some of he finest trout streams in the world, hunting, snowmobiling, alpine and cross-country skiing, ice-fishing, wine tours, the Irons Flea Roast and Ox Market, dune rides, salmon fishing, the Amber Elk Ranch in Ludington, antique shopping, and, oh yeah, just vegging out.
